Not what I expected

I was mostly disappointed that this had absolutely no structure, like it wouldn’t hold itself up without anything in it. I misread the part about it having zero insulation. To be honest I would have rather just kept using my cloth tote bag for my lunch sadly. I also think that if they had included a photo of the inside of the actual bag, I would have realized it wasn’t going to be what I wanted. Aside from that, I really liked the adjustable shoulder strap, the material it was made out of, and al the pockets! If you are okay packing ice packs in it, and don’t mind the lack of structure the bag has, then it’s actually really great! Sad it don’t work out.
